this coat is without a doubt the best thing I've ever thrifted. It was ten dollars at a Value Village 2 years ago. Wool and cashmere. Light enough to throw on but it's kept me warm on some very cold winter days. Everyone needs a cute little red coat like mine.

I found this j.crew dress, with tags on, for 15 measly dollars at Value Village.



Apparently, it was from a 2007 Spring collection. I'm amazed that this was hanging in someone's closet completely unworn for almost five years!

It is a "Spring" dress but I can't wait that long to wear it. Switching out the bow for this tasselled belt and adding some cozy socks does the trick.

Now, I love my iPhone, but I have to say, as convenient as taking a quick snap in the office bathroom is, it does not make for attractive blogging.
